We are in need of a Director, HR who will be responsible for contributing to the vision and strategy of the organization by identifying and recommending new or revised HR strategies and policies and programs that support an evolving, dynamic business. This person will be asked to drive the long term vision for our HR function through the management of the recruiting function, performance review program, onboarding, talent management, coaching of senior management on HR issues, benefits programs and employee relations. The successful candidate should enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with employees that work hard and play hard.
Establish Human Capital goals and strategies to support the Company’s objectives.
Oversee the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of processes and programs in all areas of HR such as, recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management and employee relations.
Partner with key business partners (Engineering, Sales, Product) and others to anticipate future business changes and challenges and proactively develop and implement new or revised plans.
Direct and participate in employee communications, training initiatives, reward practices, benefits administration, performance reviews while ensuring a positive work environment.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support critical evolution of the business and achieve desired business results that are sustainable over time.
Provide support and coaching to management.
Stay current on industry practices and issues, assessing and communicating their potential impact on the business.
Develop and monitor budget.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of HR experience; minimum 5 years-experience managing an HR function and/or team
Experience in the wireless or Technology industry
Demonstrated competence in several HR functional areas; compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, change management
Proven ability to translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategies
Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect and confidence with peers and senior leadership
Strong strategic planning abilities and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to make sound financial decisions as needed
Strong ability to plan and organize people, processes and tools across departments
Advanced communication skills (verbal and written), including influencing those that do not report directly to you
Demonstrated ability to assess priorities and act appropriately to meet customer commitments and requirements
Able to work effectively in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
