This position is responsible for the management of day to day maintenance, analysis and resolution of one or more of the following HR disciplines: organizational development, staffing, workforce relations, records, policy, affirmative action/compliance, HRMS, HRIS, compensation and benefits. This is a professional position managing HR Generalists / Specialist / Analysts. Expert knowledge Director of HR plans, programs, and procedures related to one or more HR disciplines, strong customer service background, excellent PC skills including word, excel, etc; strong interpersonal and communication skills; expert knowledge of federal, state and other regulatory standards related to various HR disciplines.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional position managing human resource generalists and analysts in one or more functional areas of HR to include, employee relations, HRMS, compensation, benefits, recruiting or training
May act as a technical leader in one or more areas
Reports to a Vice President and serves as a strategic partner to ensure corporate and human resource goals and objectives are met
Analyzes relevant functional internal and external data
Ensures validity of data for metrics reporting and audits
Oversees analysis of data and communications in one or more functional areas of support
· Align the compensation and HRIS programs in support of the Company’s strategic vision and goals.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10 years of experience or equivalent relevant work experience
PHR/SPHR/GPHR or CCP/GRP required
