The Church Resources Division of LifeWay Christian Resources is seeking an individual to provide strategic oversight and leadership in the design and execution of all aspects of our e-business initiatives. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with business leaders to develop organization-wide digital strategies across multiple channels. The Director will be responsible for developing strategies that utilize customer data and use that to drive actionable execution plans that exceed customer expectations, promote customer growth, and drive revenue.

Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, IS, or related area
Master’s degree preferred
Must have 15 years digital space sales/marketing experience
Minimum of 10 years experience with e-commerce leadership and implementation
Proven ability to understand and convert customer segmentation data into higher levels of customer traffic and increased sales
At least 10 years SEO, SEM, and PPC experience
Must have very strong interpersonal and communication skills
Need outstanding collaboration and team-building skills
Excellent financial, business, and administrative skills required
Strong analytical and business strategy skills
Active involvement with an evangelical church is required
Marketing and sales experience to church/denomination target groups is a plus
