The Director of Marketing and Business Development will be responsible for coordinating all marketing-related activities for Executive Education including developing a strategic marketing plan for the department and our portfolio of open-enrollment executive programs. The Director will be primarily responsible for the execution of all marketing-related activities. In addition, the Director will assist in business development and external relations for the department and manage on-going relationships with the faculty, corporate decision makers, and Executive Education leadership and staff, and must work in close collaboration with key areas within the Jones School. The Director will work in collaboration with the other Directors and Client Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities and formulate an overall client engagement model and make recommendations for continuous improvement in program delivery and client satisfaction. This Director will report to the Associate Dean of Executive Education.

Related experience including any of the following:
May substitute additional related education, above and beyond what is required, on an equivalent year for year basis in lieu of the experience requirement.
- Experience working with senior-level executives.
- Administrative experience in a professional educational setting and strong project management experience.
- International experience within consultancy and/ or executive education programs.
Must possess (or have the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire) and maintain a valid Texas driver's license with no more than three moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the past 36 months, and no convictions or deferred dispositions for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or Driving Under the Influence (DUI) within the past five years.
