Lead Marketing and Strategic Planning for Membership. This includes management of Acquisition, Retention, and Renewal efforts, Member Benefits, Section Marketing and New Channel Development. Duties include but not limited to:
Assist Sr. Director Membership and Community Tennis Marketing with the development and execution of all annual/quarterly Membership marketing plans to ensure plans are on strategy and deliver new and renewing memberships profitably.
Lead the execution of all Membership marketing initiatives to grow the number of members in underdeveloped markets, including Hispanic, African American, and key targeted USTA priority markets as well as Section specific efforts, i.e. League testing, FYF tests, etc..
Oversee call center, fulfillment and operations related campaign set-up for all Membership Marketing efforts, including but not limited to providing scripting for call center to ensure communication delivers on brand strategy, monitoring inventory reports, overseeing premium procurement, and source code/landing page set-up, etc.
Work with call center to monitor Radian 6 reporting and share with key cross-functional partners to respond appropriately and timely and develop overall Membership social media strategy.
Responsible for providing weekly, monthly and yearly program analysis & tracking by program, project and product type.
Oversee day to day management of invoices, G/L reconciliation and expense budget management for Acquisition, Renewals, Member Events, Orgs and the US Open.
Oversee management of revenue forecasting model in May/June and September/August budget planning cycles and work closely with Sr. Director Membership and Community Tennis Marketing to establish revenue goals and budget projections.
Responsible for creating and maintaining Membership business dashboard and identifying key shifts in business trends to recommend shifts in strategy on a quarterly basis.
Work closely with Senior Director of Membership and Community Tennis Marketing and Sr. Manager, Datamart to provide feedback and identify new business opportunities relative to all new and existing technology and any system functionality enhancements.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
A minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in marketing, advertising, promotions and media planning, digital marketing experience is a plus
