The Director, PMO will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of a new PMO within the Quantum Health client teams.

This will position serve as a PMO solution architect by identifying/developing best practices for how we interact with our clients to satisfy request and resolve issues as well as implementing the staff to see it through. It will oversee that documentation is in place to promote consistency and replication. The Director, PMO will also serve as a client facing entity ensuring a smooth transition as the relationship transpires. The successful candidate for this position has a long demonstrated history managing and implementing a wide variety of complex projects and programs.

This person has developed a deep knowledge of what works, what doesn't work and has demonstrated it through the ability to "right size" PM practice rigor with effectiveness, consistency and control to drive successful results. This person has developed a passion and ability to not only build and implement but to balance PM rigor with streamlined processes to enable effective and successful project and program results. Requirements: Expert level Project Manager with 7 +years demonstrated experience leading large and complex projects. Experience leading teams.Must have significant experience leading business programs and planning initiatives.Requires strong interpersonal, communication, managerial, motivational, organizational and planning skills.Ability to find consensus-based solutions, working with the customer base as well as disparate technical teams.Deep knowledge of project techniques, tools and methodologies, expert project management skills.PMP certification a plus And if you join us, we hope that you'll work hard.
