Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The Director of Partnerships and Marketing is a full time position within Alli Sports and reports directly to the General Manager of the Dew Tour. The position serves as the senior day-to-day with all of Dew Tour sponsors, communicating and driving the flawless execution of all Partner execution across the Dew Tour product and operations team. Additionally, this role oversees and manages all Dew Tour marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong partnership management and consumer marketing experience and the ability to marry strategic thinking, creativity, and executional excellence.

Responsibilities

Partnerships
  • Serve as senior day to day liaison with Dew Tour’s sponsors/marketing partners
  • Develop and manage Marketing and Partnerships budget
  • Management of all partnership division staff and agencies, including on-site staffing
  • Development of overall Partner communications plan (Sponsor guidebook, Post event recaps, End of season recaps)
  • Oversee activation of all partner benefits
  • Work with Media team to create inventory, and execute tracking and routing of all broadcast benefits including: Commercial, billboards, and enhancement
  • Manage partner marketing benefits fulfillment
  • Liaison with Alli Sports sales/partnership development team to drive partner renewals while concepting and developing new business marketing and promotional packages
    Marketing
  • Translating Dew Tour business unit objectives and strategies into Dew Tour marketing objectives, strategies and plan
  • Development and implementation of the Dew Tour marketing plan
  • Driving consumer awareness, engagement and consumption of Dew Tour televised and digital content
  • Development of local and grassroots marketing plan to drive event awareness and attendance
  • Development of premium ticketing plan to drive incremental event revenue
  • Partnering with internal creative team to develop the Dew Tour look, image and brand identity
  • Managing and overseeing action sports endemic marketing efforts
  • Management of all marketing division staff and agencies

    Qualifications/Requirements
    Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sports marketing or related field
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Team and agency supervisory/management experience
  • Experience with grassroots/local marketing efforts, digital and social media
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs
