Directs and oversees operations and administrative direction of the LMC Anticoagulation Clinic. Coordinates and monitors pharmacy services. Develops and oversees implementation and administration of unit policies, systems and procedures. Prepares financial and/or operational analyses and reports, and audits current procedures to monitor and improve efficiency of operations. Educates healthcare professionals and patients on medication use, as well as compounding and dispensing prescribed medications for patient care.

Requirements:
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy

Desired: Pharm D or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with MBA/MS

Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects and deal with stressful situations; Ability to identify and resolve problems; Ability to motivate and influence people and analyze and interpret clinical and financial data. Advanced information systems and technology skills.

Five (5) years of related experience of which three (3) years must have been in a supervisory capacity

Current license to practice Pharmacy in the state of New Mexico.
