Director, Portfolio Mgmt & MP Planning - 000000084016 Description
      The role is accountable for developing and implementing the portfolio management process across DX with the goal to optimize DX investments and maximize ROI. The role is also accountable for planning the developer product with MP and is the main interface for MP planning.

      MP Developer Product Planning (40%) function is accountable for driving the developer product planning process with the DX Store Health, Depth, Breadth and Local teams whilst ensuring that the MP BU requirements for DX and the DX requirements for the MP BU are aligned with the execution plan.
      · Creating, maintaining and following up on the execution plan and on any commitments made by DX to the MP BU and vice versa
      · Preparing the Product Interlock materials and follow-up actions for MP
      · Ensuring the MP execution plan is successfully implemented through the programs and that progress against plan and reporting to MP stakeholders is effectively and holistically managed
      · Preparing the MP section of the DX Operative Review
      DX Portfolio Management (60%) function is accountable for developing and implementing the portfolio management process with the goal is to maximize the ROI that DX provides to the BUs (SD and MP)
      · Drive a timely process to prioritize investments within DX.
      · Develop and execute a portfolio process with clear milestones to ensure that investments can be tracked throughout the lifecycle of the approved projects/activities o

      Track progress against opex usage o
      Track progress against the defined benefits (drive and maximize ROI from all projects/activities)
      Optimize processes and minimize overhead and fast decision making
      Qualifications
      • Deep Portfolio Management experience
      • Structured and analytical with excellent presentation and communication skills
      • Commercially minded with experience in identifying and assessing business opportunities for developers
      • Strong understanding of the commercial and technical aspects developer ecosystem and how Nokia can make a positive impact for developers
      • Demonstrable experience with Monetization enablers and the developer business
      • Knowledge of developers and the competitive landscape for mobile app developer ecosystems
      • Capability to drive ideas and action with impact within a global organization
      Team player with a proven record of leading cross-functional projects, especially, working with R&D and Market facing teams in the same project.
