GuideSpark is seeking an exceptional enterprise B2B SaaS Product Marketing Director to develop, execute and manage a variety of product marketing initiatives. At GuideSpark, Product Marketing plays a critical role in successfully driving our products into the marketplace and developing a strategy to drive customer awareness of the benefits of adopting GuideSpark products.

Responsibilities:
Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target market and target prospects that differentiates our products in the market and highlights the value to customers
Understand market and drive competitive analysis including opportunity sizing, understanding of the competition and recommending winning strategies for differentiation in the market
Define the go-to-market strategy and deliver and execute the marketing plan necessary to meet key metrics such as revenue and customer acquisition
Create compelling marketing content to support go-to-market efforts (presentations, datasheets, white papers, customer case studies, blogs video demos and ROI calculators)
Works with the sales force and channel on positioning products and solutions and develops and delivers sales tools and sales enablement training
Know the customer – have close relationships with important customers and be able to evangelize how our products have been successful in different customer scenarios
Cultivate customer references that can be leveraged across the sales cycle
Work closely with the marketing team to determine and execute lead generation, analyst relations, and public relations programs.
Evangelize company and product at venues such as user groups, industry events, and partner events
Work with product strategy to identify and validate new product opportunities

Requirements:
10+ years of software product marketing experience with enterprise software and/or service products for enterprise markets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to translate features into business benefits and create compelling collateral and content
Demonstrated ability to create highly compelling product marketing collateral
Experience leading and motivating people, and encouraging teamwork
Effective spokesperson skills engaging small and large customer groups
Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure
Ability to excel in a fast pace team-oriented environment
