The Director is the business owner of Client Solutions through their lifecycles, from initial concept through end-of-year reviews of client uptake and margin analysis. The role is responsible for market (product) research to validate client demand, requirements-gathering & documentation for client solutions families, specification development & pricing for each service, sales team training, ongoing client feedback methods, and service line financials. The role assists in coordinating the value of relationships with the company’s HCP & Pt audiences to maximize Life Science revenues from the company’s user base, data & analytics assets. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the Life Sciences vertical and value chain, plus a desire to create best-in-class solutions that improve care through increasing appropriate use of our clients’ Brands.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, communicate and quantify market receptivity to inform and improve the company’s value proposition for clients, as one foundation to inform and coordinate with the value Medivo offers to HCPs and Pts

Establish and manage the suite of client solutions to be created, delivered, and leveraged to meet company financial goals

Create and document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) based on primary client research/interviews, environmental scanning & client surveys/feedback

Train BD team on client solutions descriptions, provide BD team with selling tools, and solicit ongoing feedback on required support to meet sales goals

Participate in QA cycles to ensure thorough testing of all user products and client services for all channels of distribution, including internal “dummy accounts” to provide organizational transparency on user & client deliverables

Act as a liaison to Product Development, Program Management, BD, Marketing, Provider & Patient Operations, Finance, Clinical, and Legal to ensure that all client deliverables are met and all client feedback is addressed

Provide regular updates to Leadership team on product solutions schedules and releases

Strong Life Sciences background, Product Management experience, with web and/or mobile applications a plus

Experience in creating business plans including market validation, product & service descriptions, delivery calendars, financial analyses, plus target sales & revenues by Product, by Therapeutic Condition, plus

Ability to create Service Requirements Documents and translate into clear deliverables for internal development team, plus Sales Training Materials & Support Tools for BD team

Demonstrated leadership success in cross-functional teams, including communications, management and delivery on commitments requiring peer support

Passion for solving tough problems creatively, learning from unique clinical datasets, and working in a dynamic, fast-pased environment

Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred (MBA, MPH, or Master’s in science/business-related field of study)

3-5 years Product Management experience

5-7 years Experience in Life Sciences environment
