Responsible for the P&L and the development and strong growth of the Recall Consulting Service (RCS) line across Recall America by defining and leading the short and long term strategy for the service line, managing the operations and sales teams, and working with the regions and other service lines towards execution of the strategic plan.

  • A track record of high performance and experience at a management level
  • Shares accountability with the VP Sales and Marketing and the VP of DMS for the full P&L for the RCS service line in US and Canada. Support the regions Sales growth efforts maintaining a profile with customers and engaging in large bids
  • Create the 5-year Strategic Plan for the RCS line, leading to strong growth each year
  • Deliver against P&L and BVA targets established globally
  • Serve as the RCS Expert/Leader; internal and external face of service line
  • Partner with the other Service Lines (SDS, DPS, and RDS) to develop and integrate joint strategies to grow RCS opportunities
  • Manage both sales and operations thru dedicated RCS resources and “contracted” personnel
  • Identification of Ideal Customer Profile
  • Identify, evaluate, prepare business cases, gain approval, and secure acquisitions that fit the strategic plan
  • Development and execution of the RCS value proposition and RCS-related communication
  • Provide strategic direction to the regional product managers
  • Innovate and understand the horizon for the product line
  • Identify and develop channel relationships, and geographic expansion opportunities that strengthen Recall’s value proposition across service lines
  • Develop vision for RCS sales tools and training to ensure the sales force is effectively positioned to identify and develop sales opportunities for Recall Consulting Services
  • Working with Marketing Team, create and deliver Marketing Plan, to include collateral, promotions/campaigns, advertising, etc.
  • Grow capability of team through talent development
  • Ensure consistency and synergy in operational processes and systems; develop standard metrics to be used in global benchmarking plan and competitors in the space
  • Continuously seeks improvements in the area of quality and productivity in order to meet increasing demands from customers and shareholders
  • Establishes, maintains, and widely communicates performance benchmarks
  • Executes recruitment and training strategy and follows process in place to attract and maintain sales and operations talent. Consults with HRM
  • Analyse and control expenditures of sales team to conform to budgetary requirements
Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA a plus
  • Experience in consulting, especially Records and Information Management consulting
  • Experience in developing solutions for customers
  • Experience developing “start-up” business or new service within a company
  • Experience indirectly influencing leaders in matrix organization
  • Experience in developing Strategic Plan
  • Previous P&L experience a plus
  • Experience in Sales team development and leadership
  • Proven ability to lead change
  • Knowledge of Business Process Improvement
  • Superior presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking/planning skills
  • Strong listening and influencing skills
