The Director position will provide leadership in the Real Estate Center through on-going development of strategies and operations. The Director, working alongside faculty, staff, administrators and internal and external constituents will provide leadership and build strong industry relationships. Proven successful fundraising is a critical component of this position. The Director position requires a dynamic, articulate and experienced individual with the desire to join a team of highly motivated and committed professionals dedicated to preparing students and practitioners and innovating the real estate marketplace. We are seeking applicants with executive level work experience with demonstrated experience in developing business plans, successful fundraising, and the ability to work in an academic environment.
The Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate is part of the College of Business Administration, with the academic program in Real Estate housed in the Department of Finance. The Director must have the ability to work collaboratively with the Finance Department, other College of Business departments, and other colleges for the success of the Center.
Master's level degree or equivalent in real estate, economics, business, law or related field.
15 years of experience, which demonstrate professional growth, leadership and service experience oriented to the field of real estate policy and/or management.
Commitment to working in a multi-cultural diverse environment.
