Director, Total Rewards
Do you have a passion for food, benefits, compensation and wellness? Schnuck Markets, Inc., is seeking a team player to lead our team as the Director, Total Rewards.
The successful candidate will be responsible to provide leadership for the Total Rewards Department, which includes strategic design of company sponsored healthcare plans, including wellness initiatives, retirement plans (both defined contribution and defined benefit plans), ancillary benefit plans, plan audits and legal compliance. This position will also play a key role in the strategic design, development and ongoing administration of our corporate compensation strategy.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a strategic leader in a Total Rewards Department and a degree with preference given to candidates with an MBA. Extensive knowledge of PPACA is also required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to build partnerships with teammates and vendors; dedication to staying abreast of all legal changes that impact our plans, teammates and the company; strong analytical and organizational abilities as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.
