We are seeking a Director Business Development to work in our Redwood City, CA office.

Position Description:
Xtime is seeking a Director of Business Development to develop and manage a set of strategic partnerships, alliances, and new initiatives that enhance the value of the company's offerings through improved revenue growth and market position. These opportunities span a wide range of value-adding strategic and technology partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Identify and initiate new strategic opportunities and partnerships

Develop and position partnership value, rationale, and business case

Structure and negotiate partnership frameworks, deal terms, and formal agreements

Represent Xtime to partners; build and foster close relationships with key people in partner organizations

Plan and execute successful go-to-market activities (e.g., sales and marketing enablement and engagement) for solutions with partners

Coordinate cross-functional execution with internal and partner stakeholders across product management, marketing, sales, engineering, and finance/legal

Contribute to new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives for the company (e.g., new business concepts, markets, offerings, business models)

Required Skills:
At least 5 - 7 years of relevant high-quality professional experience with a significant track record in strategic business development / alliances success

Entrepreneurial, highly proactive approach to taking initiative. Comfort (and preferably experience) in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous entrepreneurial environment

Strong strategic thinking skills to identify, analyze, and develop new opportunities as well as rigorous tactical execution to implement initiatives and drive business results

Ability to engage at a technical level with engineering and product management

Strong relationship management, influencing, and communication skills

Track record of exceptional performance at past roles

MBA from a leading university and/or advanced degree in a technical discipline

Technical undergraduate degree (e.g., engineering, computer science) preferred
