The purpose of this role is to develop, deploy and manage a global Consumer Relationship Management program across all digital and physical touch points including, but not limited to CRM strategy and framework development, database management, email and mobile app communications development and customer segmentation and growth development.
Work with internal and external partners, as well as immediate team, to design, build and deploy a multi-touch point, consumer-focused, CRM program.
Develop business case to support at a global scale as well as local implementation, including the identification of investment required, and ROI of program.
Partner with Hub Digital Marketing leads to collect local business requirements for program to ensure a consistent deployment from a brand perspective, while allowing for flexible local consumer management.
Have direct, hands-on involvement in the details of each major direct marketing channel, including database marketing, email, direct mail, and catalog, and leverage social media vehicles such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube as a key component to building the Levi business.
Partner with IT, eCommerce and Retail teams to create a single consumer point of view database that can track and manage 360 consumer engagement.
Work with Insight and Optimization team to identify customer targeting and segmentation models that will improve program effectiveness.
Manage the creative and strategic agency partner to execute end-to-end creative development execution at the global scale.
7-10 years of industry experience with strong experience in email marketing, CRM, and direct marketing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work cross functionally and with outside agencies
Experience developing global and integrated CRM programs
Strong analytical thinking
Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actions
Excellent written, verbal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with diplomacy and tact.
Retail experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills including influence and persuasion.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve moderate to complex problems.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word & Excel).
Has worked with global brands.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study (Communication, Marketing, Business, etc).
Global experience preferred.
