Summary Develops, manages, and guides sales activities for the Vikon Distribution Partners. Proposes and executes policies and programs to maximize sales potential for products and/or services. Responsible for the design and implementation of the sales strategy and sales plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts market research to determine new business development opportunities.
Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long range goals and objectives.
Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
Manages all aspects of product lines including the development, training of staff and customer relations for distribution partners.
Develops manpower requirements needed to meet customer expectations.
Directs marketing efforts for the acquisition of new customers.
Tracks and manages all accounts to ensure long-term relationships.
Manages demonstration inventory utilized by our distribution partners.
Aware of and conforms to Company quality goals and objectives.
Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; and/or two years of business to business sales experience.
