Reporting directly to the statewide V.P. Operations, manages all aspects of the Human Resources function, advises senior management on human resource management policies and practices to support company strategic success; participates in corporate-wide team modernizing HR functions; and ensures company policies are compliant with all state and federal laws and regulations.
