Position Summary:

The Under the direction of the Chief Compliance, Risk Management and Information Security Officer (CCISO), the Director of Information Security is responsible for billable support for the information security needs of clients of Anthelio’s Information Security business unit, and supporting Anthelio’s internal information security program. This position will provide leadership and support for incident response engagements, client security assessments, regulatory control assessments and numerous other assignments related to information security. The Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to meet the needs of our clients.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, administer and enforce security policy and systems to enable system reliability, data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
  • Create, Review, Revise and Implement Anthelio's information security policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of an education and training program on information security and privacy matters for employees and other authorized users
  • Manage the Incident Response activities of the Anthelio Information Security Team and Security Operations Center, along with affected clients/stakeholders, for responses to potential or actual security incidents. Serves as primary incident response contact
  • Organizes and performs ongoing information security risk assessment program , including leadership and delivery of security risk assessments for current and new customers
  • Assists the CCISO in developing long-range strategic plans and budgetary analysis
  • Uses resources effectively and efficiently and within budget, and continually seeks to explore opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies
  • Oversees and provides leadership of Information Security Team (onsite and remote) and Security Operations Center (global) who safeguard Anthelio assets, intellectual property, computers systems and information
  • Provides project management to use resources effectively, prioritize work, and complete work in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors with whom Anthelio does business
  • Actively acquires and maintains technical knowledge, including but not limited to firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, content filtering, networking equipment and connectivity
  • Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained
  • Serve as an internal information security consultant to Anthelio information security consultant to the Anthelio monitoring advancement in information security technologies
  • Monitor changes in legislation and accreditation standards that affect information security
  • Initiate, facilitate and promote activities to foster information security awareness within Anthelio
  • Serve as the information security liaison for users of clinical, administrative and behavioral systems
  • Provides leadership for all system-related information security plans throughout Anthelio network and act as liaison to the Information Systems department

    Education, Experience & Licensure:

  • MUST HAVE: Proven execution record of leading an information security program (five years in management)
  • MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business or equivalent experience required (ten years experience in related information systems area)
  • MUST HAVE: Two years experience in a similar position or five years management experience in an information systems environment
  • MUST HAVE: Information Security Certification (CISSP, GSEC or CISM) required
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
