Working as a Director Marketing Management, you will direct the planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, retention or satisfaction. You will also provide general direction to and review of marketing program staff.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop organizational policies and authorize implementation

  • Ensure that overall budget schedules and performance standards are realistically set and attained

Required Qualifications:
  • Seven years experience in a marketing or project management role

  • Expert knowledge of the marketing field

  • Extensive practical and industry knowledge

  • Ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas

  • Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to clear a criminal background check, driver's license check and drug test

  • The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

    • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Finance

  • Eight or more years experience in a marketing or project management role
