The Children's Place is looking for seasoned and innovative direct marketer with experience managing loyalty, private label credit card and gift card programs.


Responsibilities include:

- Loyalty Program

- Manage the loyalty program to ensure business objectives are achieved

- Responsible for day to day management of loyalty program

- Track and report on performance of loyalty program

- Develop and execute marketing programs leveraging loyalty program membership to drive business performance

- Plan the evolution of the program to drive increased customer engagement and value

- Build a test and learn environment relating to loyalty program, identifying opportunities to get the most out of the program

- Work with CRM and marketing analytics teams to leverage insight from the loyalty program

- Launch loyalty program in Canada

- Work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing programs that leverage the loyalty base

- Work with store operations to ensure in store adoption of program

- Private Label Credit Card

- Manage Private Label Credit Card to ensure business objectives are met

- Work with card vendor to develop programs to drive card acquisition and spend through integrated programs across all channels, including store, marketing and online

- Responsible for program performance

- Test new initiatives to drive objectives

- Track and report on program performance

- Work with marketing team to develop integrated marketing programs that leverage the card base

- Gift Card

- Manage the Gift Card program to ensure business objectives are met, both for in-store sales and also card sales at other retailers

- Manage external vendor partnerships to drive card performance

- Responsible for program performance

- Work with creative to design new cards

- Track and report on program performance

- Manage to 2 direct reports.


- 7+ years of direct marketing experience with previous loyalty marketing and PLCC experience

- Proven ability to increase customer loyalty and develop profitable marketing programs

- Knowledge of loyalty, PLCC and gift card best practices

- Marketing in a specialty retail environment

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting in various environments

- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role a plus.
