Bachelors degree in a health related field, 3 years of management experience in an acute care hospital medical records department. RHIT or RHIA required. Knowledge of ICD-9-CM. CPT-4 and DRG classification systems. Must be able to organize, document, analyze and present information and reports to a variety of professionals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
