Directs the personnel, operations and financial activities of the Human Resources Department consisting of recruiting, employment, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, personnel records, personnel systems, and Employee/Labor Relations. Ensures development of Human Resource goals and objectives, policies, procedures and budgets consistent with hospital, governmental and licensing requirements.This incumbent will also be responsible all compliance matters pertinent to patient care and administration.
Master's in Business Administration or Industrial Relations or Human Resources Required.
JD in Business and Compliance Law Preferred
PHR/SPHR Certification Preferred.
Seven or more years of progressively responsible varied Human Resources experience, including several personnel functions.
