- Masters Degree required
The Director of Organizational Development will be responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate the non-clinical professional development and continuous learning of staff members and emerging leaders. Direct all Organizational Development OD strategies and processes. . Assess organizational development needs of Hospitals, Healthcare Group, Outpatient Facilities and Support Services. Lead the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals.
- Master’s degree in organizational development/organizational behavior, Ph.D. preferred. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in similar role required. Experience working with organizational development for operations in a large organizational and/or functional business unit. Excellent change management skills required.
- Ability to make formal presentations on a variety of work-related topics on a regular basis required. Knowledge of state of the art organizational development tools, both automated and manual, required.
- Experience in Hospitality or Healthcare Arena preferred.
