Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment for provider staff. Formulate, administer, and maintain recruiting policies, operational procedures and practices consistent with the goals and objectives of the organization. Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process by implementing strategies to identify, attract, hire, and retain high quality employees. Responsible for monitoring provider contracts for renewal.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field required. Successful candidate must have 3—5 years of progressive experience in recruitment.
Demonstrated knowledge and technical expertise in HR functional areas required. Experience working with Internet-based recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office is necessary. Must have demonstrated ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and foster a spirit of cooperation. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented; highly detailed and organized; able to take initiative to make and /or adapt to changes and process improvements and able to work successfully both independently and as a team member. Must be well versed with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience preferred.

Professional Designation in Human Resources SPHR , PHR , and CEBS preferred.

Knowledge of the Central New York employment market and / or Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.

HR Information Systems ( ADP ) training and / or experience preferred.

The employee must occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.
