This position is responsible for Retail Operations that includes in-house shops and concessions, off-site ventures, websales, mail-order sales and licensing contracts as a profit center, providing revenue to the Kennedy Center and to ensuring that this Operation emulates the mission of the Center by providing product assortments and services of the highest standards that directly reflect the programming and goals of the Kennedy Center.
