What you will own:
Build and manage organization to goals and objectives.

Recruit, hire, and train sales team members.

Participate in strategic development and direction of the team.

Establish, monitor and iterate sales development processes and metrics.

Partner with marketing to devise and perform targeted closed loop campaigns.

Develop and manage social media and tools best practices.

Regularly evaluate and adjust/implement automation technology to improve productivity and performance.

Manage outside/remote vendors/partners as appropriate.

Produce executive reports showing productivity, connection and revenue contribution.

Meet or exceed all quota and management objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, consulting and other functional stakeholders to review customer feedback, behavior and results gathered by sales development team to continually refine overall processes and approach.

Encourage and participate in on-going learning to bring greater value to direct reports and customers (internal and external).

What you will bring:
B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience, MBA a plus.

8-12 years of inside sales management experience.

Experience successfully managing a team responsible for generating $10-$50M selling into executive level at F100 companies.

Demonstrated experience managing and developing a metric based team.

SaaS expertise.

Proven track record at establishing and driving achievement of measurable quota/goals in a highly automated (Salesforce.com usage) environment.

Ability to design and execute strategic sales plans and develop departmental direction.

Experience successfully working with multiple functions to implement and manage processes.

Energetic, upbeat, tenacious individual that knows how to create and maintain winning team dynamics.

Technical aptitude and experience managing implementation of sales tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work with senior management and affect good working relationships among departments.

Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, vmail, MS Office Suite).

Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.

Familiarity with online real-time engagement via chat and video a plus.
