adMarketplace is seeking a seasoned director of search analytics to lead business intelligence functions, reporting, account insights and platform development. This position will manage a specialized team of resources responsible for mining, analyzing, and broadcasting mission-critical data to support revenue growth and ongoing enhancement of adMarketplace's search advertising business. Critical requirements include:
3+ years direct SEO/PPC management experience
3+ years in a direct people management role; multi-functional management experience preferred
Able to demonstrate past wins in performance advertising analytics/reporting
Proven ability to tell a story with data, filter out "noise", drive action from data
Experience working with business intelligence platforms, able to develop business requirements, envision and drive future product strategy
Proven project management capability; able to prioritize multiple deliverables, maintain stakeholder communication, allocate resources
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL and databases
Past experience working with MicroStrategy a plus
Able to demonstrate confidence and authority working across levels of leadership; must be able to build and support strong business cases for change
Able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing business needs
