The Director, Clinical Support Services will provide effective management of clinical support staff and functions to ensure that clinical support services result in quality of care for clients of DePelchin Children’s Center. This position is also responsible for directing and coordinating the overall functions of scheduling, front desk, billing and credentialing to ensure maximization of cash flow while improving client, insurance, program, and other customer relations.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a medical business office with front desk and billing office experience; 5 years in a supervisory role.
2. Must have demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record software, Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) or similar software environment.
3. Must have demonstrated work history in the past 5 years that include duties of developing and implementing policies and procedures; analyzing charts; providing useful reports and supervision of staff.
4. Must have demonstrated knowledge regarding HIPAA regulations.
5. Demonstrated ability to supervise a diverse group of staff performing similar but diverse functions.
6. Demonstrated ability to develop work flow processes that improve efficiency and provide excellent customer services.
