JOB TITLE: DIRECTOR
The Director is responsible for collaborating with the business community and acts as the point of contact for the organization in a marketing and business development capacity. The ideal candidate will execute the marketing strategy of the organization and ensure that the communication flows seamlessly internally and externally. Responsible for maintaining and improving established business relationships. Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal. Must be able to work in a fast paced hands-on environment and be decisive, creative and comfortable working with senior management, peers and a team of direct reports. Anticipate and identify opportunities or issues that add value or that could prevent the business from meeting/exceeding or under delivering objectives. Skilled in project management, financial analysis and multitasking. Must have the ability to interact effectively, results oriented and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing Plan Development, Event targeted sponsorships, Relationship Building, Customer Service, New Business Development, Research, Sales, Community Outreach, Market Intelligence, Budget Management, Planning, People Management, Database Management.
Education & Experience
+ Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years professional management or marketing/sales experience
- Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or work related experience – MBA is preferred
+ Must be bilingual: (Spanish) Verbal & Written
