Job Summary
The Director, Enterprise Growth is directly accountable for end-to-end product development of a new product line as well as identifying business opportunities to support and enhance ETS’s overall product offerings. The incumbent will be tasked to meet with end users and clients to assess needs, support product and encourage continued relationships/partnership.
Responsibilities:End-to-End Product Management & Delivery:
Direct end-to-end execution of particular processe(s) associated with delivery of assigned product
Direct work of Functional Center of Excellences to meet project schedules, and Service Level Agreements
Lead cross-functional team (including external partner); ensuring project goals are clearly understood
Contract/Service Level Agreement Fullfillment
Work with Functional Center of Excellences to develop work plans and manage service level agreements
Define annual scope of work, timetable, work plan for assigned product/product segment
Manage partner/client relationship; ensuring clear communication and expections
Ensure that internal and external milestones are met, contractual obligations are fulfilled and delivery meets documented expectation
Ensure resolution of R&D and IT development issues
Product Portfolio Management
Oversee design and construction of products and perform quality checks
Ensure appropriate application of research, test use, standards etc
Facilitate and respond to internal audits
Manage and/or launch new product concepts/extensions
Financial Management
Responsible for Profit & Loss (expense management, forecasting and monitoring budgets)
Required Experience: Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:
Advanced degree in Education, Education Measurement, Product Content Area, Business or a related field strongly preferred
Relevant Years of Experience Required:
7 years experience in complex project management and/or process management is critical
Other Requirements
Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical: General knowledge of assessment development, product development and psychometric processes is required; deeper knowledge one of three is desirable.
