The Director, Business Intelligence and Analytics is responsible for the overall management of business intelligence and data analytics staff, tools and data. The primary function of this position is to oversee the data environment within CentraCare Health System and to coordinate activities of all data analytics and reporting projects in the Information Systems Department. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.
EDUCATIONBachelors Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a healthcare related field required.
EXPERIENCEMinimum 8 years of leadership experience in an information technology, research management, or analytics position required. Previous experience working in a health system setting preferred. A strong background in analytics (math, statistics, quantitative methods) required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
