Klout is looking for a Director of Account Management who can help drive revenue and take us to the next level of servicing our customers. We are looking for an experienced professional who is obsessed with social media, great technology, and building a winning business. The Account Management team at Klout is responsible for driving revenue and providing world class service to both brand and agency partners. The Director of Account Management will manage a small but growing team. This team works closely with Klout's B2B Marketing team to gather market needs and together with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams, to deliver a subscription product that exceeds customer expectations.Responsibilities:

Implement processes to allow the AM team to grow while continuing to provide a high level of service to our customers
Partner with Account Executives to drive contract completion, renewals, and up-selling
Be the voice of steady optimism in a skeptical market
Continually hone Klout product expertise in order to optimize influencer campaigns and deliver customer value
Coordinate with the Product team to make sure that enterprise features don't erode consumer trust and confidence
Understand Klout's strategic and competitive position in Social Business world and work to define and deliver the best products
Assist product management in identifying new enterprise ideas or features

Here's what you need to have:
Experience leading and mentoring a team of account managers
5 years of experience in account management
Strong social media competency
A robust and ever-growing network of key decision makers at brands and agencies
Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
Extensive knowledge of online business models and the consumer tech space
A proven track record with high standards of professionalism
Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Klout
Be creative, resourceful, detail oriented, and highly organized
Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding long term business strategy
A BA/BS degree

Extra credit:
Previous startup experience is a strong plus
Social networking experience is a strong plus
A Klout Score of 50 or higher
