Provide training and coaching to the Admissions Representatives. Develop plans and set goals with Admissions Representatives,
Manage lead flow activity.
Complete all required campus inquiry and milestones reports.
Support the Enrollment Management Process.
Analyze weekly inquiry and enrollment data.
Conduct admission representative performance reviews.
Identify needs and opportunities to grow campus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

2 years managing or coaching experience.
2-3 years sales and/or recruiting experience.
