1. Leads professional and support staff, trains, develops and evaluates staff and makes recommendations for hire, retention, separation and transfer of personnel
2. Develops and implements the strategic plan to raise enrollment growth
3. Authorizes statistical studies, reviews research, and makes recommendations to continuously improve the department’s operational performance
4. Building relationships with prospective students, constituents populations- part-time adult students, GED graduates, high school counselors and alumni
5. Manages department’s budget, performs cost/benefit analysis, and measures department’s effectiveness and efficiency as well as develops recommendations for change
6. Develops, coordinates, and implements on/off campus admission events, evaluates outcomes and makes recommendations to increase participation and advance these events’ effectiveness
7. Leads implementation team and has oversight of the CRM System initiative
8. Performs projects and other assigned initiatives

Salary Range:

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Five years’ experience with College/University Enrollment Management
3. Two years’ experience supervising a department
4. One year of experience using software related to admissions and recruitment

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s Degree
2. One year experience using client relationship management system ( CRM )
3. One year experience using Ellucian’s College System

This position usually works 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday with the professional obligation to work additional hours and weekends as required.
