**A minimum 3+ years of demonstrated prowess at building statistical models for catalog and/or retailers required***

Ryan Partnership is seeking to hire a Director of Analytics and Insights. As a valued member of our team, the successful candidate will primarily support catalogers, retailers and etailers driving their customer acquisition and retention strategies through analytics. This individual will work collaboratively with the group director, the account teams and internal analytical staff to define the marketing objectives and quantitatively evaluate success. The ideal candidate will see the possibilities beyond the current operating paradigms and will have the vision and drive to deliver more empowering solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop SAS code to create datasets for analytics and modeling projects (and subsequent deployment)

Perform analysis to evaluate existing analytical solutions

Create modeling/analytical solutions using SAS

Requirements/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Highly proficient with SAS – with a demonstrated ability to:
Write SAS macros to build efficiencies

Work with multiple file types/structures

Summarize and manipulate data at various levels

Demonstrated ability to deliver modeling/analytical solutions using the following techniques:

Multivariate Regression

Logistic Regression

Cluster AnalysisExperience with web analytics (Google, Omniture, etc.) preferred

Strong project management/time management skills

Experience working with large datasets (10 million quantity and greater routinely

Self-starting team player with ability to ‘self-motivate’ and work independently

Proficient with Microsoft desktop tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

7+ years previous experience in database marketing

Four-year college degree at a minimum
