The Department of Pathology at the University of Washington is seeking a full-time Director of Anatomic Pathology for appointment as associate or full Professor. The position is offered with or without tenure dependent upon the individual candidate’s qualifications. Position responsibilities may also include appointment as Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs, depending upon qualifications. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a strong academic focus, have a record of academic leadership, possess a commitment to teaching and training, and will have demonstrated administrative skill. Candidates must have an M.D. or foreign equivalent, be Board eligible/certified in Anatomic Pathology, and qualify for a license to practice medicine in Washington State.
