Minimum requirements: Bachelors Degree ,10 years experience in healthcare industry, with demonstrated experience in reimbursement, cost reporting and budgeting.

Able to identify situations requiring attention/improvements, evaluate and make appropriate recommendations and implement recommendations as approved. Able to maintain a consistent workflow and meet deadlines, both routine and non-routine. Able to communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing using Word and Excel. major job functions: Accurate and timely preparation of financial statement preparation work; Accurate and timely preparation of operating budget; Coordination of chargemaster process Preparation; and review of annual cost reports. Preparation and review of annual state regulatory financial statements; Procedure development and maintenance; design maintenance or reports in various systems used; special billing functions. Interaction with managers, team members and peers to provide clarification and research issues to appropriate conclusion, including recommendations and followup monitoring of results. Clear, professional and accurate financial communications. Accurate and timely preparation of monthly MOR packages.
