Change.org has grown to 60 million users in 19 countries, and our users are leading successful campaigns to change their communities every day. We're looking for a remarkable Director of Business Development to help Change.org keep up with our users and the amazing nonprofit clients we serve.
The Director of Business Development will:
Identify and initiate relationships with hundreds of leading nonprofits and help them identify how to best use the Change.org platform to promote their issue campaign
Sell Change.org’s list-building services to nonprofit organizations across the country
Establish relationships with leading consulting, fundraising, and digital marketing firms
Represent Change.org at conferences, networking events, and other potential lead generation opportunities
Candidates should have previous experience in at least one of the following: sales consulting, direct sales, or inside sales.

This position will be based in Washington, DC or New York City.
