InMobi is a 4-year-old company that has grown to be the world’s largest independent mobile advertising network. We’re young, ambitious and want to change the digital media experiences of billions of people around the world. The Business Development group manages InMobi’s key publisher partnerships business. We are a small but highly empowered team within the company that is tasked with building relationships which will drive significant product innovation and revenue.
As Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for building and growing a team that manages key North American publisher relationships. You will be expected to connect with and develop mid to senior level relationships across a wide variety of publishers looking for mobile monetization. You and your team will be responsible for hunting and managing a set of publishers as a P&L. You will be expected to manage deeply complex partnership cycles, communicating across multiple product and engineering integrations, and managing growth in a mobile industry which changes significantly annually. This job is exciting but not for the faint of heart.
Initiate, structure and negotiate high impact publisher relationships that drive market leadership and significant long term revenues.
Own and drive performance, revenue, and success of partners.
Manage a group of individuals who will work with you to ensure your partners get the level of company support required to be successful.
Work with the core business, product & engineering teams to define, evolve and shape new offerings

Business Development and/or Partner Management experience required.
Technical background will help, but not required. The audience can be technical at many times so comfort with such issues critical.
Consulting background will help, but not required. Ability to analyze business frameworks and identify InMobi’s opportunities and threats is critical.
