Looking for a change of scenery? We seek a Masters educated Registered Nurse with five (5) or more years supervisory experience in acute care case management for the role of Director of Case Management . In this role you will assume responsibility for the development and administration of all phases of Case Management including the planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring of the services and resources needed to respond to an individual's health care needs, promoting quality, cost-effective outcomes. Job responsibilities involve the development, administration and adherence to the standards of professional nursing and the Case Management guidelines for discharge planning.

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Nursing and be licensed as an RN in the state of Texas (or have the ability to gain this licensure). Must have at least five (5) or more years experience in acute care case management that includes supervisory experience. Must have knowledge of Erikson's development stages and applies developmental theories/concepts to meet an individual's discharge needs. Must have effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to handle difficult situations.
