Responsibilities: Ongoing development of new business in energy/building solutions.Growing and enhancing strategic client relationships in the Healthcare, Commercial Properties, specialized commercial facilities (retail), and Education sectors.Working directly with clients, service team, and senior management to effectively sell the company ’s services and solutions.Perform sales activities for strategic accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.Communicate accurate data collected and provide complete information in SalesForce.com to ensure authentic information is available within the company.Requirements: Proven track record of successful business development selling to the “C ” suite. Solid understanding and domain experience in energy/building solutions. Superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office proficient to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
