The Director of Client Services creates and delivers Aptura’s strategic planning services to our client base. Current services include market assessments and studies, pre-design consulting and branding. The Director is responsible for expanding services where appropriate, maximizing value to the client and ensuring profitability of the offering for Direct Supply. He/she will support the business development team in securing new clients and then lead a cross functional team to deliver on the engagement.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Define and enhance Aptura’s strategic planning offering, including go-to-market strategies
Achieve financial targets related to Aptura’s consulting offering
Support business development efforts of Aptura’s sales team and participate directly when appropriate
Manage direct and indirect resources in the fulfillment of consulting engagements
Become a renowned expert on trends and developments within the Senior Housing and Care market
Develop regular internal and external communications in coordination with key stakeholders.
As a senior leader within Aptura, participate in planning and cultural development initiatives
Conduct periodic benchmarking of internal and external organizations to identify initiatives that will continuously improve our offering
The typical hours of the position are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but off-hours work and weekend work may be required due to travel and/or project-specific requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience working in healthcare consulting required
Knowledge of the Senior Housing and Care market preferred
Demonstrated experience and skills leading client service activities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in building successful teams and directing continuous improvement and leadership development.
Demonstrated track record of excellent business vision, judgment, leadership and execution.
Extensive knowledge of major responsibility areas for the position.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Experience leading customer support and customer engagement teams.
Intermediate level of proficiency working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
