Group O’s Supply Chain Solutions division has an immediate opening for a Director of Client Services to join the team as we partner with an industry-leading client in the telecommunications industry. The Director of Client Services is responsible to build a high-performing team of Program Managers to execute client programs, build strong client relationships/partnership, monitor service/solution delivery, and expand the business based on client requirements and satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Build strong client relationships by navigating within client organization at all levels to gain in-sights into business direction & future opportunities.
-Understand & articulate key client needs, requirements & pain-points.
-Define & monitor key metrics/reporting to ensure client service level agreements/requirements & business objectives are achieved.
-Meet regularly with key client stakeholders & Group O leadership to review client solution performance (SLAs/business operations), discuss key issues/concerns, review continuous improvement projects & discuss the client’s business outlook.
-Develop, implement, & refine annual client strategic account plan based on deep understanding of customer needs & requirements.
-Previous management experience required in a similar or equivalent position.
-Minimum of 5 years client account management experience.
-Minimum of 5 years in a project management role.
-Experience in managing complex client relationships, & executing formal governance models driven by client SLAs.
-Experience in administering RFQs, RFPs & being involved in contract negotiations with the ability to understand complex contractual terms & conditions.
-Strength in identifying & mitigating risks while working with client stakeholders.
•Ability to negotiate & influence results.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Mangement or equivalent experience/education.
