Abramson Hospice, located in North Wales, Montgomery County, currently has an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Director of Clinical Services .

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for managing the daily clinical operations, supervising the hospice team, ensuring that patient care is coordinated, managed appropriately and delivered with the highest quality and excellence.

In addition has the ability to build and maintain a positive culture, participates in the hiring, orientation, on-going training, retention, and supervision of appropriate and qualified clinical staff; participates in the creation and implementation of clinical policies and procedures; and carries out the organization's purposes in a manner consistent with the goals, objectives, ensure compliance with state & federal regulations, CHAP standards and established policies. Manage expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company budget, and travel as necessary.

The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of PA. 1 year of recent experience in hospice management preferred. Working knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements and CHAP standards preferred. Would consider mentoring the right RN candidate who is passionate, a self starter and has Hospice/Homecare and Healthcare Management experience.


Must have the clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability to effectively plan and provide coordination of patient care consistent with standards and regulations; must have exceptional interpersonal skills; must be able to effectively solve unique problems as they arise or identify when to consult the Hospice Administrator.
