Your Responsibilities:
Create a successful management structure for team of 20+ CMs
(hiring, onboarding, weekly 1:1s)
Surface team leads to run
regional pods of CMs
Actively manage both team leads and
CMs
Develop and own offline programming for local community
initiatives
Oversee local content and event execution (e.g.
newsletters, social media campaigns, hangouts)
Work closely
with Launch Team to smoothly transition markets from Launchers to
CMs

Your experience:
8+ years of people management experience with teams of
10+
Experience scaling a team within a hypergrowth
environment
Background managing large-scale online
communities, ideally with a global remit
Extraordinary
emotional intelligence and ability to connect deeply and inspire
both employees and users
Ideally experience engaging
offline communities around a campaign or cause
