Job Family Summary

Business Development-Clin Device is responsible for driving sales and services to new customers. Builds and maintains relationships with key decision makers that lead to future business opportunities. Expands existing accounts by selling new product offerings and/or extending relationships into new areas within an account. Provides limited post sales implementation support. Involved in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include surgical instruments, equipment, products and/or disposables, and/or standalone software. Buying process involves physician preference and one or two decision makers. Sales cycle is typically up to 6 months and call point is Physician and Clinicians. Frequency of renewal varies.


Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred
Min 8 years healthcare sales experience
Ability to travel 25% of time
Proven product knowledge in business area
