Position Summary:
The Director of Customer Marketing is responsible for driving customer retention and loyalty to grow the TuneIn customer base. The initial focus will be to develop CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, expand our CRM channels, and build the customer marketing team. The role requires a results-oriented leader with strong strategic and analytical skills and a collaborative work style.
Responsibilities :
Develop customer engagement and retention strategies to grow monthly active listeners and total listening hours
Design lifecycle marketing programs and enhance our targeted marketing capabilities
Develop a multi-channel CRM strategy that incorporates email marketing, push notifications, in-app and onsite merchandising, and social media
Establish a strong “test and learn” environment and processes; create dashboards and cohort analyses focused on key success metrics
Recruit, develop, and lead the customer marketing team
Requirements:
BA/BS required, MBA preferred
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, including domain expertise in customer acquisition and retention, segmentation, and targeting
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills
Experience in driving strategic direction, setting goals, and implementing programs to achieve success
Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of building and developing teams
Excellent communication skills, ability to build effective partnerships across the organization
