The position:
SocialChorus is seeking a Director of Customer Success in San Francisco to manage a growing customer success team running social word-of-mouth marketing campaigns on the SocialChorus platform. The director will ensure delivery of KPIs across all programs for Fortune 1000 brands and put processes in place to increase scalability and renewals.

As Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for the following:

Deliver on all program KPIs for Fortune 1000 brands

Maximize renewals; minimize customer churn

Continue enhancing program scalability

Develop onboarding and training processes and documentation

Make processes more efficient

Manage and grow the customer success team

Close working relationship with the product team to ensure our product allows brands to efficiently run social word-of-mouth marketing programs

Requirements:
7+ years experience in account management and/or customer success

Proven experience running customer success for a SaaS company

SaaS marketing platform experience

Managing to program KPIs, reducing churn

Social marketing (advocacy, word-of-mouth) preferred

Thrives in a start-up environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills
