As Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for maximizing the value that customers receive through their relationship with VersionOne. Leading a team of customer success managers, you will analyze customer usage patterns, identify opportunities where VersionOne would add more value, and engage with customers to become a partner in their success. For VersionOne, your team will increase customer lifetime value and cultivate advocates that fuel VersionOne’s rapid growth.

Lead a team of customer success managers

Build and operate a customer onboarding program

Monitor activity of current customers for signals that require outreach

Encourage the identification of product and service opportunities within current accounts

Collaborate with services, sales, product support, and development to deliver value to the customer

Proactively manage escalations of customer issues to ensure a practical, reliable response

Identify and champion opportunities to improve our customer experience

Foster close relationships with our best champions

Up to 20% Travel

Required Skills

7+ years of relevant work experience

Understanding and knowledge of the benefits of Agile development

Expertise managing large, complex accounts in a customer facing role

Track record of using data to drive activity

Proven effectiveness at building and leading high performing teams

BA/BS degree
